As a locally based property manager serving coastal South Carolina and surrounding communities, Riesa takes a hands-on approach to every property under her care. She personally oversees operations, including maintenance coordination, to ensure quality tenant screening, proactive management, and consistent communication with property owners.  

Her experience and attention to detail allow property owners to feel confident knowing their investments are being professionally managed and carefully maintained.

With over seven years of experience in the banking industry, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service to her role as Leasing & Administrative Coordinator. Her background in banking helped develop her ability to manage complex processes, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain accurate records.

In this role, she assists with leasing operations, administrative coordination, and client communication to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both property owners and residents. She takes pride in providing dependable support, staying organized, and helping create efficient systems that keep everything running seamlessly.
